121 S. Hudson Ave.

My listing on Hudson is a terrific example of a Hancock Park classic that hasn't been on the market in 40 years.  It has 7 bedrooms and the most wonderful tile work in the bathrooms.  The backyard is spectacular.  The house needs to be updated but is so special.  121 S.
